When Sarah and Tom first got in touch with us about their Tithe Barn wedding in Bolton Abbey, we were so happy – they were planning the most beautiful and romantic wedding with a rustic barn ceremony, a live band and even a classic red Triumph Stag sports car. Sarah and Tom seemed like the loveliest people and we couldn’t wait to shoot their wedding!

Bride and groom prep

We started shooting at The Rendezvous Hotel near Skipton, where the couple and their friends were getting ready together, and it was so much fun, because everyone was in a good mood. Sarah wore Rembo Styling and Tom wore Michelsberg Tailors and they both looked incredible.

The ceremony

The wedding took place at The Tithe Barn, and was a stunning intimate ceremony. They had some beautiful readings, which brought pretty much everyone to tears. After the ceremony there was a big cheer from everyone, and then the celebrations began.

The reception

It was a beautifully sunny day, which was glorious. While the guests enjoyed canapés and cocktails, the couple mingled and laughed with their friends.

During the reception they had live music, which gave the afternoon a really chilled vibe. For the meal they had a sharing BBQ platter, and it was loved by all the guests. After the wedding breakfast there were a few speeches, then we whisked them both off for some photos with the sunset and everyone else mingled in the bar.
