Sasha & Tom | The Normans Wedding | New Years Eve
‘WE’VE LOOKED AT THEM SO MANY TIMES – YOU GUYS HAVE DONE SUCH AN AMAZING JOB!’
When Sasha and Tom first got in touch with us about their The Normans wedding in Yorkshire, we were thrilled – they were planning an immense barn wedding with the added bonus of it being New Years Eve so they could plan a double party for all their guests!
We started shooting at Hornington Manor, where the bride and groom were getting ready, and it was so much fun and everyone was so excited for the day to come. Sasha wore a Jenny Packham dress and Tom wore a Reiss Suit and they looked so Awesome. The style they had chosen was very classy with Sasha’s stunning sparkly Jenny Packham dress and Tom looked very dapper in his Reiss suit, we especially loved the velvet navy jacket!
The wedding took place at The Normans, and was a stunning barn ceremony – they had their friend to conduct the ceremony which made it extra special. They had personal vows they wrote themselves, which was so unique. After the ceremony they walked down the aisle together and were showered with colourful confetti, and then the celebrations began.
The wedding reception took place at The Normans, which was decorated so beautifully with Christmas trees, fairy lights, party hats and confetti cannons. All ready for New Years eve! It felt like the perfect winter wedding with the hot chocolate stands, mulled wine and little nods to skiing.
It was a cold day but dry day, which suited the style of the wedding, all the women wore beautiful cocktail dresses with furry coats and the men wore dinner jackets. While the guests enjoyed canapes and cocktails, we wandered around the venue doing fun and creative portraits.
After speeches and the meal, they The New York Brass Band, which went down a storm. especially when the clock hit midnight and Sasha and Tom got up on the bar with the band celebrating with all their guests.
Here’s their beautiful New Years Eve wedding!
